We have reached the exponential curve. We are all aspirants in it. The world has fundamentally transformed into an AI driven race to create intelligence and have it embedded in every part of our lives. We are seeing the emergence of autonomous smart agents with digital wallets, conversing and interacting with humans online. We are seeing models across text, voice, images and video increase in performance on a monthly basis. The progress this year has been hard to reconcile. Our world view and timelines continue to shift forward. It’s a great time to be a builder of AI agents, crypto networks and at the frontier. This may be the last year we are the most intelligent species on our planet.
We are seeing the behemoths of software try to reconcile this existential crisis in the deflation of software. Hanging their hats while trying to pull the ladder up behind them while indie developers are using the most advanced models in the world to recreate their multi-billion dollar platforms. We are seeing the emergence of agentic software across every industry creating a new form of digital worker along side the global, remote knowledge workforce. We could be on the cusp of a great golden age where humanity thrives, technology companies are powered by the greatest intelligence revolution of our lifetime and we see global cryptoeconomic networks reach new heights. In parallel, unfortunately, we see in many parts of it a world at war; with new forms of drone warfare and tensions at all time highs. We have the greatest opportunity in front of us for scientific discovery, a transformation in the way businesses operate, and a way forward where humanity enters a new age as a space farring, techno-revolutionary species with open intelligence available to everyone and for the betterment of all humans.
Intelligence is knowing how to win the game, wisdom is knowing which game to play. You have a wide open world to create your own long term, hard, positive sum game. Since the value of games lie in their ability to hone skills and build character, chose one you enjoy and you will be rewarded with your freedom.
This past year:
It was a great year of building software , traveling with family and working closely with my team and our customers. Nights and Weekends I attended many hackathons in SF. It’s a great time to be a builder in SF.
I worked on a number of projects out of House of AGI, working on everything from the latest open source models from Meta to the latest advancements in Computer Use from Anthropic.
I spent time with customers daily, we scaled the company and my day-to-day consist of demos for new prospects and customer support and product feedback for our customers.
A software company is a business that develops, distributes and maintains software products and services. There are three core components of a software business:
Product Development, Distribution and Maintenance.
My day-to-day consists of product development and maintenance. I have hired for distribution and will continue to use AI for scaling all three core components. We are using AI to build our software, maintain our software and distribute our software.
This year I have been particularly interested in software related to crypto and AI. I am interested in learning more about numerology, vedic astrology and metaphysics. The Quantum space of ideas, sparce space of the models reasoning we detect the shadow of it. Projects building on the concept of networks to markets and the community computers of the future.
Software Development
This past year we have seen the shift in the development cycle of a software engineer. The emergence of the AI engineer who can build 100x faster and better than years past. It’s hard to express what a shift there has been in such a short amount of time. We now have next level code completion in Claude 3.5 and GPT4o pro and Gemini Pro. It’s not perfect but its a huge 10x on productivity.
Cursor has also been an acceleration in this. The combination of these types of tools has fundamentally changed the daily output of code I write. From improving existing code to completely getting through any backlogged items and deploying them. This shift has been great for the most part. Any sort of development that could have potentially taken hours can now be done in minutes, deployed and used.
Voice
The other fundamental shift this year was in voice. The emergence of 0 latency realtime voice in AI models is something net new. I have been able to link up the Realtime voice API to a Twilio number and can call it at anytime to practice different languages (try it here +1 650 644 4854). It’s incredible it’s basically a native speaker that speaks multiple languages that you can practice with at anytime. I have never seen a technology jump like this in terms of the ability to just converse and it crossed some chasm because of the low latency. Gemini Realtime has a very similar feeling, being able to converse while sharing your screen has new type of memetic feeling like a tutor, a coach, a sidekick that is ultimately able to reason on what you are working on, give advise, perspective. It has the additional context of being able to see and hear just as if you were working with another person. There is something there.
Computer Use
In additional o to 1 that has been made accessible is the Claude Computer Use API. Being able to complete browser based tasks has a ton of upside and is a new form of RPA but with a generative approach. The trick is being able to take screenshots and feed them to the model and give them control of the screen so they can perform actions based on the desired outcome. You can train the Computer Use Agent to perform tasks and it will actually use the computer like a human would. There is a lot to unpack here, a lot on the VM side, on the configuration side, on the eval side, on the monitoring side and more. I think the more we can double down on being able to configure these sorts of Agents and put guardrails in place the better the will be over the next 18 months. I think the combination of API based agents that are orchestrated and computer use agents will drive the next generation of autonomous business software.
Reasoning Models
Lastly, reasoning models are giving us a new way to perform analysis on vast amounts of data. This could be used in conjugation with a code interpreter to come up with real-time generative interfaces based on data. I think the reasoning models that we have access to today are going to continue to drive the next generation of analytics for the enterprise. We are going to see a shift away from static dashboards to a more conversational analysis agent based model that is powered by embeddings on data and giving this data to the context window of the latest reasoning models. It is truly astonishing to see the model perform at these levels.
Crypto and AI
This year we saw the emergence of a new wave of innovation in the confluence of Crypto and AI. Protocols like Morpheus are assembling the fundamental components of driving Smart Agents and facilitating a new way to interact with crypto-protocols. We are seeing this is formation come in the form of capital, code and computation in what has become the first techo-capital machine (TCM).
We can see the creation of a protocol that can be used for funding the development of smart agents or really anything. We have the core pillar of earning for providing capital, earning for providing code and earning for providing computation. These smart agents can use a shared computational resource across computer providers like Akash and more. We are also seeing these smart agents being given access to onchain wallets using Base L2 and MPC Wallets. This allows an agent that can be interacted with a can make financial transactions. AI Agents that have the ability to create financial transactions on chain. We can ask the AI Agent to perform transactions on our behalf for example DCA Agents. We can also pay the AI Agent to perform research and the agent will be funded to perform generative calls in order to make the API calls to verify eg. yesnoerror agent.
There are some peeks into the future in that we can see this next generation of AI and Crypto driven by autonomous agents that are acting onchain, have access to the state-of-the-art models and can perform generative calls to achieve some tasks and they can be funded and use the funds they have to to make these calls on chain. We are seeing frameworks like Eliza be developed so x or Discord is the channel that these agents can interact on, then they can be given financial rails as well on Ethereum L2’s, Solana and more. Basically we have the Social Rails, the Intelligence Rails and Financial Rails for the Agent.
It could be an agent that lives on X using Eliza, uses Llama 3.2B via Morpheus and has an MPC Wallet on Base.
On the future of Business Software
There is a shift happening in the world of software. The output from AI Workers will exceed that of even the most productive humans with the very best AI Tools. This is pretty big moment. If productivity per capita * population, every company that plans to stay competitive should be investing in how to orchestrate an execute deterministic AI workers at scale.
I have been working in the enterprise software space since 2014. We use to sell concepts of footprints of suites of licences to tools. There was an era where you had a JQuery app and called some MVC (Model, View, Controller) based services. Then we built some single page Angular apps. Then we moved into components and frameworks like React and Next. Over the past ten years I have not seen such a change in the way we develop apps and the thinking of how we will sell them; then I have over the past 6 months. It’s fundamentally a new world with Generative AI and the playing field is level.
We used to need a salesforce.com or an azure to build the objects, fields, permissions, triggers; or you had to build all of this yourself. Now you can. In today’s world you can use shadcn, tailwind, next.js and you can use AI to build an application in minutes. There is literally no defensibility if you have a CRUD application on top of Postgres. Devs can easily spin up a graphql API and SQL db and build a quick front end using AI in minutes. So what does this mean for the future of software?
I would say let’s start with what still takes time. Integrations with systems is somewhat defensible, most systems will need some form of data architecture and workflow infrastructure in order to get data to and from systems but even this is being challenged. Infra and controls need to be there. Design as well takes some time. Great UX Design also takes time but is becoming even easier with tools like v0. Hosting is becoming fairly commoditized. A company can hire a dev that can rebuild most of their saas tools but even the need for tools is fundamentally changing with AI.
This next era of software is not about selling tools to organizations but giving them the agentic systems to power outcomes and drive their business forward. We are going to continue to see this shift happen where companies may considering building in house vs buying a software system. If I look at what systems we use we have communication tools, task / project management tools and various systems of record. These systems of records are somewhat entrenched but could have agentic competitors rise very quickly.
This trend only seems to be accelerating with autonomous agents that can build on your behalf like Devin. So if we have agentic systems that are not only performing outcomes on behalf of end customers by updating various systems of record and in addition we have autonomous agents that can build additional workflows / internal systems then there is going to be a shift away from the end users using web apps and instead the end users will be with agents and the infrastructure will be what is ultimately updated. Web apps will be in the middle of these two. So companies that can delivery autonomous agents at scale with a high degree of determinism and also run the infrastructure that these agents are using for various integrations will be somewhat defensible but there is no guarantee. It is a fundamental shift in the software industry and this trend will only continue as the models continue to get better. We need to see b2b software as agentic, fully integrated and has the control in place to configure evaluations of the agents, and settings that can control what types of intents and outcomes that agents can perform.
At StateSet, we started building this early on in 2021 (on GPT3) with our product ResponseCX and have leaned into this autonomous business outcomes based framework over the past year. The shift from tools to AI Workers is very real and we are deploying and monitoring them at scale today across multiple use cases.
In addition to the implications on the user technology side we are seeing the fundamental economics of paying for per seat license and shifting to an outcomes based pricing model where companies pay for outcomes based on the autonomous resolution completed for the customer. This pricing change accompanying the technology change is another shift that we parallels the shift from on-prem to saas.
This year we will see the completion of the previous saas era and the beginning of a new one. Tech change accompanying a pricing change and a way to businesses procure the software. It’s an exciting time to be building business software and we are in the early innings of building the next generational software company that capitalizes on this shift.

Shinjuku, Lights, Golden Gai is an oasis among the chaos, Intimate bars and a hospitality met with culture.
Shubuya, shopping young street ware, shops, food and culture. Special mix of culture, food and commercial but social.
Roppongi. Karaoke, omizkase and nightlife.
Ginza, high end area ton of the luxury and nice restaurants, lots to walk.
Azabudai Hills, modern, next level.
Japan culture of pride, respect and honor. On our way to the ancient city of Kyoto. Discipline, attention to detail, accountability, these are all key to every interaction. Its not friendliness its respect and gratitude. Its treating the customer with absolute attention and a connection for the most minute interactions. Its about greeting, smiling but so much more. Its consistent, and overall its a completed show of the best every time. Its modern, simple yet prsitine experience that you can only see for yourself when here.
A spiritual trip to Kyoto to meditate and reflect on how to build for the best future. A dedication to craft and a drive to make those who love you proud, and those who doubted you wrong. There is a level of focus, dedication, relentlessness, absolute sheer will to win. Tenacious and willing to do what others wont. Persistence, innate talent and thousands of hours of practice to become a master and confidence to lead. Meditate on this and lead yourself and those in your confidence with fortitude.
Kyoto is magic. Rolling hills with shades of green, temples and shrines thousands of years old. rivers with serenity, a true place that has a beauty that is hard to find in parts of the world.
Today it feels modern and bustling but with a charm of retaining its place in Japans history. We experienced forrest of bamboo, shrines plated in gold and streets filled with people. Kyoto is a true wonder and a place that gives you peace in just enjoying the beauty. Timeless culture, modern advanced, amazing food and people.

Transmit positive energy and win your freedom. Contra and comparison lead to conform. Pure intention free of excess potential. The energy of pure intention is key.
Set your own goals, money is not the goal. It is an attribute. Keep your thoughts on the original goal. Money follow you and as you create the path to your goal. Think only on that which you wish to achieve. Do not overcome, reduce importance.
Give yourself the luxury of being you. Intention is key. Being ready to become rich. You are in control. The alternatives space, the complex energetic structure. Just go get it. Intention is the actum. Your choice is about the decision to have and to take action not to request. Intention unites desire and action. Inner intention obtains that goal. Outer intention chooses it.
Natural flow of positive circumstances. Intention desire to achieve and taking action to achieve it. Sense of flow and determination. Slides are mental manifestation and visuals of your goals. Stay centered. Reduce importance, just action. Truly yours. Transmission of positive energy. You deserve what you want.
The luxury of deserving the best. The unlimited capabilities of your soul. Positive narrative in scope. If a thing is meant for you, you will not have to convince yourself of anything. Free yourself of pendulums. Happiness is what you experience on the journey towards your own goal of true path through your own door. The right door is the path that will lead you to your goal. Run the target slide in your mind.
Inspiration comes from the vision of the heart and mind in the absence of importance. Believe in yourself. Trust yourself. Physiological and Free energy. Other peoples inner intention to achieve your goals. A sense of self worth lies at the core of inner intention. When you show interest in another person you fulfill their inner intention. What people want, what they are missing, what they need what motivated them, what their interest are.
Only ventures that aim to fulfill their customers unmet demands can be guaranteed of success.
So with the flow, outer intention works toward tracking what the customers want and where their needs have already been satisfied. A persons name is the simplest way access to their frequency. Confidence is the energy of intention released.
To acquire it, let go of wanting it. Coordination means taking pleasure in thinking about the goal as if tit has already been reached.
Letting go could of the script and going with the alternative flow, helping it along with the can of pure intention. Live in harmony with the outside world, yourself and your credo. Concentrate on the goal as if you have already achieve it. Flow through the alternative space. Balance as you ride the wave of fortune. Live our the slide that pictures your life as it would be were the goal already achieved.
I do not want. And I do not hope. I intend.
I will continue to build the mastermind group and devote my energy to drive combinatorial creativity through technology and people.
